Our mission is to create and develop affordable homeownership and rental opportunities, create understanding and acceptance of affordable housing initiatives, and to foster development and revitalization for a diverse community within Ulster County. RUPCO is working “at large” with the 20 towns, 3 villages, and 1 city, which make up Ulster County. We take an “asset based” community building approach to provide planning, and promote revitalization, sustainability and smart growth.
